YPLORE is a social media scheduling and publishing tool for creators and businesses. The service allows users to connect social media accounts, upload or link video content, schedule posts, and publish content to supported platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all content they upload, schedule, and publish through YPLORE. Users must only connect accounts they own or are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must not use YPLORE to upload, schedule, or publish illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized content.

4. Third-Party Platforms

YPLORE integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. Users must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their content. YPLORE does not claim ownership of videos, captions, or other materials uploaded or scheduled by users.

6. Account Access and Tokens

YPLORE may store access tokens or account identifiers necessary to perform authorized actions, such as publishing scheduled content. Users may revoke access at any time through the respective platform settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

YPLORE is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publication, or availability of third-party platform APIs.
